Now Hiring Summer 2025 Staff Positions!
We hire a number of High School and University age youth each year for our Summer Camps as part of our desire to help developing leaders grow. You will get practical hands-on training and skill development through your time here, developing theatrical style camps from concept all the way to completion, under the guidance of our staff.
These jobs are ideal for those pursuing a future in youth work or social work, and who also have a flair for the creative or performing arts. You will get the chance to be part of what it is like to create a community with youth who come from all backgrounds, help them overcome their fears, and overall become the person God has made them to be.
Staff positions and hours are partially based on funding by Community Supporters, Donors and Grants and partially funded through support raising.
