Where is Jesters Theatre?
Our office is located at Northview Church in Mission BC

Who are our participants?
We serve youth grades 3-12 in our regular programming and ages senior high-school youth through age 25 in our Jesters Sr. program.  Feel free to click around on our site to find out about our programs and who we are.  Jesters Theatre is a part of the Youth Unlimited family.  Find out more:  YOUTH UNLIMITED

 

Jesters Theatre wants to keep you in the loop regarding COVID-19, how it affects our programs, and how this relates to you as an applicant.
As of right now, we are planning on running our Fall Theatre program and have adjusted our program format and start dates to reflect Covid-Protocols and the safety of our staff and students.
For now, preparation and hiring will continue as normal.

What will I be doing?
You will be an invaluable support to our Fall Theatre team and the students we serve.  As part of our staff team you will use your gifts and abilities to collaborate and help create a  successful fall program through either of the support positions listed below. 

Fall 2020 Opportunities Available
Production Assistant

Part-Time from the end of September to the end of November. 
The Production Assistant will assist the permanent staff with the running of the Fall Theatre program. As the PA you will be responsible for assisting in the direction of the show, set and props, as well as being on hand to assist with filming of the scenes at the end of November. Experience in video editing helpful.

Seamstress/Costumer: Position Filled!

Part-Time from October to the end of November. 
The Costumer will be responsible for bringing characters to life through costumes and apparel fitted to individual performers. Excellent sewing skills and your own equipment are a must and a flair for creative interpretations an asset. Bonus: You have access to a whole room of costumes-in-waiting and a shopping budget!

Who will supervise me?
Our Artistic Director and Stage Manager, Ryan Scramstad will be your supervisor and you will also work with Director, Tiani Foster.
